Founded in 1961, we’re organized into three premier divisions, each delivering deep expertise and market-leading solutions:

  • Materials Solutions Division (MSD), delivers advanced process and manufacturing technologies rooted in surface modification, electroless and electrolytic plating, and surface finishing. MSD brings together chemistry, equipment, software, and services tailored for high-technology applications across electronics, packaging, and specialty industrial markets.
  • Photonics Solutions Division (PSD), delivers precision lasers, optics, motion control, vibration isolation, and photonics instrumentation—serving the semiconductor, electronics, and specialty industrial sectors.
  • Vacuum Solutions Division (VSD), delivers solutions in pressure and flow measurement/control, gas and vapor delivery, gas analysis, reactive gas generation, power delivery, automation, and fiber-optic sensing.
